Chennai: Malayalam actor Naslen will play a character named Eshwaran in the upcoming Tamil action thriller Scene, starring Suriya in the lead role. The makers have unveiled Naslen’s first-look poster, raising curiosity among fans ahead of the film’s release.
Directed by Jithu Madhavan and produced by Zagaram Studios, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 6, coinciding with Diwali. Suriya plays police officer Inbaraj in the film, which was earlier referred to as Suriya 47 before its official title was announced.
The title teaser has drawn attention, particularly for Inbaraj’s dialogue, “Who killed whom?” Another line suggesting that suspects behave strangely when they encounter the officer has further fuelled speculation about the film’s investigative storyline.
Nazriya Nazim plays the female lead, while actors John Vijay and Anandaraj appear in key roles.
With a mix of action, investigation and psychological intrigue, Scene is positioned as one of the films gearing up for the Diwali festive season. The reveal of Naslen as Eshwaran adds another point of interest for audiences awaiting the Suriya-starrer.
